Our bespoke design service doesn’t start with drawing or visuals. We start with getting to know you and your business. This stage is about exploring your ideas and aspirations for your space. We work with you to establish a clear brief based on facts and numbers so we can ensure any design we come up with is robust and futureproof.
We measure the space and produce existing and proposed layouts. Once you have chosen your final design we can visualise this in 3D so you can check you are happy with every element of how the finished project will look. With concept design complete we move to detailed technical and services design including M&E CAD drawings and elevation drawings which ensure all trades can easily reference their works and positions or items to the mm when work commences on site. We work with you to ensure the logistics and programme work around your needs. Don’t worry if you need to keep using the space during the install, we are experts at phasing projects to suit. Works can always be completed out of hours or areas carefully sheeted off to ensure you can operate as normal. With careful planning and execution we take the stress out of the installation.
Before works commence we finalise the costs for all elements. Should any value engineering be required we can do so at this stage to ensure the project is deliverable within budget. Many clients like to see actual samples of finishes at this stage which we are happy to provide.
One of our dedicated installation teams will handle the refurbishment and fit out of your space. Peace of mind comes from knowing you will have Director level project management expertise from Lumis every step of the way as well as a fully accredited site manager present for the duration of the works to keep on top of the day to day logistics and decisions. Before we start, you will already have a programme for the works and any building consents (if notifiable) and planning will be arranged in advance.
